1. Gastroenterologist
- About Us: Client is a premier, well-established physician-owned private practice serving North Houston. With a strong patient base, a robust referral network, and a cutting-edge endoscopy center, we provide comprehensive gastroenterology and hepatology care. We are seeking Board Eligible/Board Certified Gastroenterologists to join our expanding team.
- Position Overview: We are recruiting due to practice growth, high patient demand, and the recent departure of an associate. We welcome both General Gastroenterologists and those with Interventional GI experience (ERCP/EUS).
- Practice Highlights:
- Physician-owned private practice with a turn-key setup.
- Over 400,000 patient charts and a strong referral network.
- One-stop-shop for GI procedures with in-office diagnostic testing.
- Advanced procedure capabilities, including ERCP, EUS, and a GI motility lab.
- Three clinic locations: Houston, Humble/Kingwood, and The Woodlands.
- Hospital call requirement: 1 week per month (option for additional paid call).
- Work Schedule & Expectations:
- Clinic: 5 half-days per week.
- Procedures: 4 half-days per week.
- Expected patient load:
- First 6 months: 8-10 patients/day in clinic, 4-5 procedures/day.
- After 6 months: 12-14 patients/day in clinic, 25-30 procedures/week.
- Call responsibilities:
- One week per month at local hospitals (15-35 consults, 8-12 procedures per call week).
- Additional call available ($5,500 per extra call week).
- Financial Package & Benefits:
- Competitive Salary:
Year 1: $450,000
Year 2: $500,000
• Signing Bonus/Relocation: $25,000
• Bonus Structure:- 50% of collections exceeding $600,000 (Year 1) and $650,000 (Year 2).
- ERCP/EUS specialists receive 10% higher salary than General GI.
- Partnership Opportunities:
- 12-month track for practice partnership (voting rights).
- 12-month track for Endoscopy Center buy-in (25-35% ROI, debt-free ASC).
- 12-month track for practice partnership (voting rights).

2. Certified Registered Nurse Anaesthetist
- Specialty:Single Specialty Surgery Center - Endoscopy
- Position Overview: We are recruiting due to practice growth, high patient demand, and the recent departure of an associate. We welcome both General Gastroenterologists and those with Interventional GI experience (ERCP/EUS).
- Key Responsibilities:
- Administer anesthesia and sedation for endoscopic and other GI procedures.
- Monitor patients before, during, and after anesthesia to ensure safety and comfort.
- Collaborate with surgeons, gastroenterologists, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Perform pre-anesthetic assessments and obtain informed consent.
- Manage anesthesia equipment and supplies.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
- Provide post-anesthesia care and support.
- Qualifications:
- Current certification as a CRNA.
- Valid state of Texas licensure as a Registered Nurse and CRNA.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in anesthesia, with a focus on endoscopy and propofol sedation.
- Advanced knowledge of anesthesia techniques, pharmacology, and patient monitoring.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
